I began studying the flute at the age of seven, and from the moment I played my first note, I knew this enchanting instrument would be a part of my life forever. I was blessed to grow up in the culturally rich San Francisco Bay Area where my parents, both accomplished artists themselves, supported my musical aspirations from the very beginning. From the symphony to the opera, chamber ensembles to the recording studio, and teaching both in the U.S. and abroad, music has been my doorway to a rich and rewarding life.

 

Today I continue to make music in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. Being surrounded by majestic mountains and lush forests offers a whole new inspiration, but my goal is the same: to keep performing music that will touch people's hearts and lift their spirits as long as there are people who want to listen. Perhaps some day, one of those people will be you.
